We act as an intermediary to help guests secure bookings at Madhubhan Resort & Spa. All room rates, availability, and inclusions displayed on this site are based on current data and are subject to final confirmation by the resort management at the time of booking.

03 Booking & Payments

• ✦ Final booking confirmation is only issued after the resort confirms availability and payment is processed.
• ✦ All payments are subject to taxes (GST) as per Government of India norms.

04 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since we facilitate bookings for Madhubhan Resort & Spa, the Resort's official cancellation policy will apply to all bookings. We are not responsible for any refund delays or disputes arising from the resort's side. We recommend guests read the specific cancellation terms provided at the time of confirmation.

05 Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate information; however, we are not liable for any discrepancies in resort amenities, services, or photos. The actual experience at the resort is the sole responsibility of Madhubhan Resort & Spa management.
